Discuss and consider Change Order No. 5 to Bar-W Ranch West Phase One Lift Station (LS-25) and Wastewater Improvements in the amount of Two Hundred Eighty-One Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Two Dollars and Thirty Cents ($281,132.30) for extension and connection of 1,480 linear feet of 10-inch and 18-inch force main to the Liberty Hill Wastewater Treatment Plant; and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
