Approval of a License Agreement Case 14-LA-007 to consider the assignment of the Northside Meadows License Agreement to provide for signage landscaping, irrigation, and maintenance in the right-of-way of West Broade Street, Jess Maynard Trail, Joe Bates Drive, Bingham Point, Buttermilk Lane, Schefer Street, Flag Lane, Longhorn Cavern Road, Chalk Knob Manor, and Metro Drive, Leander, Williamson County, Texas; authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all documents; and providing an effective date.
12. Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 18-Z-009 to amend the current zoning of Interim SFS-2-B (Single-Family Suburban) and Interim SFR-1-B (Single-Family Rural) to TF-2-A (Two-Family) and SFC-2-A (Single-Family Compact) on two (2) parcels of land approximately 58.3 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcels R433339 and R383653; and generally located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Collaborative Way and C.R. 279, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Special Use Case 18-SU-003 to allow for outdoor storage including a mix of construction trucks, trailers, excavation equipment; up to 10,000 square feet of material storage, and office/warehouse uses; on two (2) parcels of land approximately 1.1 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcels R473393 and R482676; generally located 750 feet to the northwest of the intersection RM 2243 and CR 269; and addressed at 1670 CR 269, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 18-TOD-Z-004 to amend the current zoning of PUD/TOD (Planned Unit Development/Transit Oriented Development) to PUD/TOD (Planned Unit Development/Transit Oriented Development) with the following base zoning district: GC-3-A (General Commercial) on two (2) parcels of land approximately 1.1 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcels R473393 and R482676; generally located 730 feet to the northwest of the intersection RM 2243 and CR 269; and addressed at 1670 CR 269, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance voluntarily annexing land, or portions thereof, including 7.417 acres of land shown on the attached location map; legally described as Lot 40 of the Hidden Mesa Subdivision; a subdivision located in Travis and Williamson Counties, Texas; for which annexation proceedings were commenced by Resolution No. 18-002-00, adopting a Municipal Services Plan, and providing for related matters.
17. Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance on the annexation of multiple tracts of land totaling 508.47 acres, more or less, generally located to the south of Journey Parkway; to the north of RM 2243, west of Ronald W Reagan Blvd, south of Hero Way; and to the southeast of the intersection of RM 2243 and 183A Toll Road in Williamson County, Texas pursuant to the terms and expiration of Development Agreements under Section 43.035, Texas Local Government Code; for which annexation proceedings were commenced by Resolution No. 18-003-00, adopting a Municipal Services Plan, and providing for related matters.
29. Take any action as deemed appropriate in the City Council's discretion as a result of the Executive Session regarding: (a) the acquisition and value of real property, including authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and/or enter into agreements related to acquisition of real property; and (b) proposed economic development incentives for a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations.
