Approval of Change Order No. 2 in the amount of Fifty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty ($57,780.00) Dollars to the 2017 Wastewater Treatment System Improvements Project at the City of Leander's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located at 10201 RM 2243 to replace two (2) existing slide gates; and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.

Approval of noise variance for construction activities for Cadence McShane Construction to provide for concrete pours at the Hermosa Village Project located on 11680 Hero Way West, between July 10, and August 28, beginning at 2 a.m. and requiring Cadence McShane Construction to post notifications a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the activities.
