10. Approval of dedication and acceptance of Subdivision Infrastructure Improvements for Leander Crossing Phase 2.
11. Approval of dedication and acceptance of Travisso Phase 2, Section 1K, 1L & 1M Reclaimed Water Irrigation Improvements.
12. Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 18-Z-014 to amend the current zoning of Interim SFR-1-B (Single-Family Rural) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with a base zoning district of HC-4-C (Heavy Commercial) on four (4) parcels of land approximately 10.06 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcels R457568, R457570, R508104, and R508103; and legally described as Lots 1 and 2 out of the H & M Industrial Park 2, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
13. Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Special Use Case 18-SU-006 to allow for a day care with modifications to the site development standards; on one (1) parcel of land approximately 1 acre ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R031214; generally located to the south east of the intersection of Raider Way and E. Crystal Falls Parkway; and addressed as 10804 E. Crystal Falls Parkway, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
14. Approval of a Resolution authorizing an Agreement between the City of Leander, the City of Cedar Park, and the Texas Department of Transportation for the operation and maintenance of the traffic Signal at the Intersection of US Highway 183 and Osage Drive by the City of Cedar Park.
15. Approval of an eighteen (18) month contract renewal for vehicle equipment upfitting, lettering and graphics to Cap Fleet Upfitters on an as needed basis; and authorizing City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
28. Take any action as deemed appropriate in the City Council's discretion regarding: (a) Section 551.072, Texas Local Government Code, to deliberate the acquisition of right-of-way in fee simple for the San Gabriel Roadway Project; and (b) Section 551.072, Texas Local Government Code, to deliberate the acquisition property in fee simple for the Booster Station at San Gabriel Parkway.
