Approval of the award of a contract to Greyback Utility, LLC for the City of Leander Detention Pond Maintenance 2018 Project in an amount of One Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Dollars and Fifteen Cents ($134,490.15); and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
13. Approval of an Ordinance establishing the location of School Zones and the times that the School Zones are in effect for all of the School Zones within Leander’s city limits.
14. Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance amending the contract for solid waste disposal and collection services by and between the City of Leander and Al Clawson Disposal, Inc., Section 4.01, Hours of Operation, to provide for a start time of 6:00 a.m. when the temperature is forecasted to exceed one hundred (100) degrees.
15. Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 18-Z-018 to amend the current zoning of Interim SFR-1-B (Single-Family Rural) district to LC-2-A (Local Commercial) district on one (1) parcel of land approximately 1.08 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R031512; and generally located at the southwest corner of the intersection of S. Bagdad Road and Eagles Way, and more commonly known as 801 S. Bagdad Road, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
