Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Special Use Case 18-SU-007 to allow for the temporary residential use of a travel trailer or recreational vehicle for use by an ill, convalescent or otherwise disabled friend or relative needing care from the occupant of the primary residence, or a friend or relative providing necessary care for an ill, convalescent or otherwise disabled occupant; on one (1) parcel of land approximately 0.279 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R037235; legally described as Lot 15, Block A of the Ridge Oaks Final Plat; and more commonly known as 2503 Cheyenne Street, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
9. Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance levying ad valorem taxes for the use and support of the municipal government of the City of Leander, Texas, for the Fiscal Year 2019; providing for and apportioning each levy for specific purposes; and providing when taxes shall become due and when the same shall become delinquent if not paid.
10. Approval of Dedication and Acceptance of Subdivision Infrastructure Improvements for Travisso Phase 2, Section 2F, 2G and 2H.
11. Approval of Dedication and Acceptance of Water & Wastewater Line Segment C for Parkway Crossing Subdivision, Lot 2.
12. Approval of an amendment to Animal Services Ordinance 2.06.004, Disposition of Impounded Animals, adding a new subsection to give Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter immediate temporary property control of the animal to provide provisionary care.
13. Approval of Schedule “A” Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2019 to the Agreement by and between the City of Leander and Library Systems & Services, LLC (LS&S) for administering the operations of the City of Leander’s Library; in an amount of Six Hundred Nine Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Three ($609,583.00) Dollars; and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
