7. Approval of Vendors for Buy Board Items for Lakewood Community Park in the total amount of Eight Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Nine Dollars and Eleven Cents ($852,009.11); and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.

8. Acceptance of ROW Deed for the dedication of the remainder of Huddleston Road located to the west of the intersection of Ringstaff Road and Huddleston Road; more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R550887; Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

(a) Discuss and consider action to rescind authorization of Assignment of the Crescent Facilities Agreement for the Leander TODD MUD No. 1 of Williamson County and the Crescent Leander Development and Reimbursement Agreement to Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation approved September 6, 2018. (b) Discuss and consider action authorizing Assignment of the Crescent Facilities Agreement for the Leander TODD MUD No. 1 of Williamson County and the Crescent Leander Development and Reimbursement Agreement to The Johnson Development Corporation or affiliate; a Delaware corporation; and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.

16. Discuss and consider action on the Second Reading of an Ordinance approving Ordinance Case 18-OR-002 to amend the Composite Zoning Ordinance to modify the definition of Family and Household; to modify provisions governing Group Homes; to establish a process for requesting a reasonable accommodation on the basis of a disability; and to provide for related matters; Williamson and Travis Counties, Texas.

17. Discuss and consider action on the Primary Award of Solicitation #S19-008 for Right-of-Way Mowing and Landscape Maintenance Services to Corsicana Geranium Garden in the amount of Two Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Three Dollars and Seventy-Five Cents ($237,673.75); and approval of Secondary Award to Unity Contractor Services, Inc. in the amount of Two Hundred Forty-One Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Eight Dollars and Seventy-Nine Cents ($241,368.79); and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary contract documents and authorized contract renewals.

18. Discuss and consider action on an Award of Construction Contract for Crystal Falls Ground Storage Tank No. 2 Project in the amount of One Million Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand Three Hundred Fifty ($1,920,350.00) Dollars; and authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all necessary documents.

19. Discuss and consider action on BCRUA’s Award of Construction Contract for Phase 1C Water Treatment Plant Expansion Project to Excel Construction Services, LLC, in the Amount of Nine Million One Hundred Thousand Two Hundred Seventy ($9,100,270.00) Dollars; and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.

20. Discuss and consider action on BCRUA’s Award of Construction Contract for Phase 1C Raw Water Barge Expansion Project to Excel Construction Services, LLC, in the amount of Four Million Five Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Three Hundred ($4,531,300.00) Dollars; and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.

21. Discuss and consider action on scheduling two (2) workshops with the Planning & Zoning Commission relating to the annual joint meeting and the riparian corridor.

23.
