9. Approval of the minutes for meeting held on December 20, 2018.

Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 18-Z-028 and Subdivision Case 18-CP-012 to amend the Devine Lake Planned Unit Development (PUD) with the following base zoning districts: SFU-2-A (Single-Family Urban), SFC-2-A (Single-Family Compact), SFL-3-A (Single-Family Limited), GC-2-A (General Commercial), and LC-2-A (Local Commercial); and to adopt the Devine Lake Concept Plan on three (3) parcels of land approximately 202.79 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcels R031689, R472771, and R502970; and generally located to the southwest of the intersection of San Gabriel Parkway and Bagdad Road; Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

Approval of an Ordinance adopting the official zoning map of the City of Leander, Williamson and Travis Counties, Texas attached as Exhibit “A”, City of Leander, Texas Zoning Map, hereto and incorporated herein; providing for the maintenance and recorded into record as the official zoning map; and providing an effective date.
12. Approval of an Ordinance adopting an official map of the City of Leander, Williamson and Travis Counties, Texas attached as Exhibit “A”, Leander City Map, hereto and incorporated herein; providing for the maintenance and filing of the official map; declaring as the official City Limits and Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ); and providing an effective date.
13. Acceptance of ROW Deed for the dedication of the 0.046 acres of land as ROW for Leander Drive located at 1306 Leander Drive; more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R036542; Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 18-Z-032 to amend the current zoning of Interim SFR-1-B (Single-Family Rural) to HC-5-D (Heavy Commercial) on one (1) parcel of land approximately 9.836 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R031348; and addressed as 8750 RR 2243, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
15. Approval of a Resolution of The City of Leander, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to execute a Special Warranty Deed to Convey Property to the Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority (BCRUA); and providing for related matters.
16. Approval of a Wastewater Pump and Haul Agreement by and between Travisso LTD. and the City of Leander for the Travisso Phase 3, Sections 1, 3 and 4 subdivision improvements.
