7. Approval of the minutes for meeting held on February 21, 2019.
8. Approval of License Agreement Case 19-LA-002 to consider approval of the License Agreement for the Hawkes Landing Phase 3 Subdivision between the City of Leander and Hawkes Landing Residential Community, Inc, for a property generally located to the north of the intersection of Hero Way West and Sterling Ridge Drive, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
9. Approval of Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 17-Z-024 to amend the current zoning of LC-2-B (Local Commercial) and GC-3-B (General Commercial) to PUD (Planned Unit Development with the base zoning district of LC-2-A (Local Commercial) and MF-3-A (Multi-Family) on one (1) parcel of land approximately 4.88 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R314038; addressed as 2804 Bagdad Road; and legally described as Lot 2 of the Beaucrest Section 1 Subdivision, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
11. Approval of Dedication and Acceptance of TOD Subdivision Construction Plan Phase 1 for St. David’s Leander.
12. Approval of a Temporary License Agreement by and between Capital Metro Transportation Authority and the City of Leander for the use of a portion of their property to launch fireworks for the City’s 2019 Liberty Fest Celebration; authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents; and providing an effective date.
13. Approval of a Resolution committing to provide matching funds as required by the Criminal Justice Division (CJD) of the Governor’s Office Grant for the continued funding of the Victim Services Coordinator position for the fiscal years 2019-2021 (2-year Grant); and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
