6. Approval of the minutes for meeting held on March 21, 2019.
7. Approval of dedication and acceptance of Subdivision Infrastructure Improvements for Bryson Phase 3-1 and Phase 4-2.
8. Approval of dedication and acceptance of Subdivision Infrastructure Improvements for Travisso Phase 3, Section 2.
9. Approval of dedication and acceptance of Subdivision Infrastructure Improvements for Bryson Phase 3 Section 2.
11. Approval of a waiver of Article 8.04, Noise, Section 8.04.001(a)(11) in the hours of construction work to Lonestar Tangible Assets to provide for concrete pours at the Tangible Assets Project site located on Heritage Grove Road in April (depending on weather conditions), and requiring Lonestar Tangible Assets to post notifications a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the activities.
12. Approval of the extension of the application expiration for Subdivision Case 17-FP-031 Bar W Ranch Phase 1 final plat; WCAD Parcels R485224 and R542844; generally located to the southwest of the intersection of Via De Sienna Blvd and Ronald W. Reagan Boulevard on the west side of Ronald W. Reagan Boulevard; Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
13. Approval of award of construction contract for the Journey Parkway Hybrid Beacons Project to G. Carter Construction Company, Inc., in the amount of Two Hundred Ten Thousand Forty-Nine Dollars and Eighty-Five Cents ($210,049.85); and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
30. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.087, Texas Local Government Code, to discuss or deliberate a proposed economic development incentives for a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations.
31. Reconvene into open session to take action as deemed appropriate in the City Council's discretion regarding the Executive Session.
