Approval of Second Reading of an Ordinance for Zoning Case 18-Z-036 amending the current zoning of Interim SFR-1-B (Single-Family Rural) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with the base zoning district of SFT-2-A (Single-Family Townhouse) on one (1) parcel of land approximately 16.4 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R514458; and more commonly known as 14661 Ronald Reagan Boulevard, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

Approval of Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 18-TOD-Z-016 and Subdivision Case 18-TOD-CP-008 to amend the PUD/TOD (Planning Unit Development / Transit Oriented Development) to establish the base zoning district of GC-3-A (General Commercial); and to adopt the Michelle Tract Concept Plan on one (1) parcel of land approximately 9.33 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R031699; and generally located approximately two hundred (200') feet to the north of the intersection of W Metro Drive and US 183 on the west side of US 183, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
