Approval of a Resolution Agreement for the Advance Funding Agreement ("Agreement") by and between the City of Leander (Local Government) and the State of Texas (State) for the design and construction of 1,200 linear feet of 5 ft. wide sidewalk along S. West Drive from Horseshoe Drive to Lion Drive; and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.

11. Approval of dedication and acceptance of Subdivision Infrastructure Improvements for Palmera Ridge Section 5

12. Approval of a waiver of Article 8.04, Noise, Section 8.04.001(a)(11) in the hours of construction work to Lonestar Tangible Assets to provide for concrete pours at the Tangible Assets Project site located on Heritage Grove Road, Leander in June (depending on weather conditions), and requiring Lonestar Tangible Assets to post notifications a minimum of (48) hours in advance of the activities.

13. Approval of a Special Event Permit for the 1st Annual Rouse High School FFA Goat Roping Event to be held on May 11, 2019 with a contingency date of May 18, 2019 at South San Gabriel River Park, Leander, Williamson County, Texas

Conduct the First Public Hearing on an Ordinance granting to the Pedernales Electric Cooperative, Inc., its legal representatives, successors, lessees and assigns certain powers, licenses, rights-of-way, privileges and franchise to construct, maintain, operate and use a transmission and distribution system in the City of Leander to provide electric utility service; and providing a process for resolving violations of the Ordinance.

Conduct a Public Hearing regarding Subdivision Case 19-TOD-CP-002 to adopt the Hill Country Bible Concept Plan on one (1) parcel of land approximately 19 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R522995; generally located approximately two thousand (2,000') feet to the west of the intersection of US 183 and San Gabriel Parkway, Leander, Williamson County, Texas. Discuss and consider action on the Hill Country Bible Concept Plan on one (1) parcel of land approximately 19 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R522995; generally located approximately two thousand (2,000') feet to the west of the intersection of US 183 and San Gabriel Parkway, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

Conduct a Public Hearing and consider action regarding Zoning Case 18-TOD-Z-031 to amend the Tylerville PUD (Planned Unit Development) with a base zoning district of LC-2-A and GC-2-A, generally located to the southwest of the intersection of San Gabriel Pkwy & US 183; 8.92 acres ±; WCAD Parcel R568378, legally described as Lot 2, Block A Tylerville Commercial. Discuss and consider action on amending the current zoning to amend the Tylerville PUD (Planned Unit Development) with a base zoning district of LC-2-A and GC-2-A, generally located to the southwest of the intersection of San Gabriel Pkwy & US 183; 8.92 acres ±; WCAD Parcel R568378, legally described as Lot 2, Block A Tylerville Commercial. Discuss and consider selecting dates and times for City Council to score and interview respondents to the Comprehensive Plan Update Consultant Services Request for Qualifications to determine award of solicitation, and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate a contract with the selected respondent and present for City Council approval.

19. Discuss and consider action on Task Order KFA-42 with K. Friese & Associates, Inc., for professional services for Falcon Oaks Wastewater Preliminary Engineering for a total authorization amount of Seventy-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty ($74,950.00) Dollars; and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
