3. Recognitions/Proclamations/Visitors. Recognition of service. Administer Oath of Office to newly elected Councilmembers. Immediately following the Oath of Offices the Council will recess for a brief reception in the Chamber lobby. National Police Week (May 12-18)

6. Approval of the minutes for meetings held on May 2, 2019.

7. Approval of a Special Event Permit for street closures for the Old Town Festival on Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 6:00 a.m. to midnight.

8. Approval of dedication and acceptance of Public Infrastructure Improvements for LISD Benbrook Ranch.

9. Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 18-TOD-Z-031 to amend the Tylerville PUD (Planned Unit Development) with a base zoning district of LC-2-A and GC-2-A, generally located to the southwest of the intersection of San Gabriel Pkwy & US 183; 8.92 acres ±; WCAD Parcel R568378, legally described as Lot 2, Block A Tylerville Commercial, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

10. Approval of applicant's request for a 90 day delay of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 19-Z-002 to amend the current zoning of Interim SFR-1-B (Single-Family Rural) to SFR-3-B (Single-Family Rural) and SFE-3-B (Single-Family Estate) on one (1) parcel of land approximately 77.96 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R032244; and more commonly known as 600 CR 267, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

11. Conduct a Public Hearing regarding Ordinance Case 19-OR-003 to amend the Composite Zoning Ordinance to remove the minimum driveway width standards; Williamson & Travis Counties, Texas. Discuss and consider action on the First Reading of regarding Ordinance Case 19-OR-003 amending the Composite Zoning Ordinance to remove the minimum driveway width standards; Williamson & Travis Counties, Texas.

13. Discuss and consider ratifying the City Manager's selection of Billy Wusterhausen as Leander Fire Chief.

14. Discuss and consider action on the First Reading of an Ordinance granting to the Pedernales Electric Cooperative, Inc., its legal representatives, successors, lessees and assigns certain powers, licenses, rights-of-way, privileges and franchise to construct, maintain, operate and use a transmission and distribution system in the City of Leander to provide electric utility service; and providing a process for resolving violations of the Ordinance.

15. Discuss and consider selecting dates and times for City Council to score and interview respondents to the Comprehensive Plan Update Consultant Services Request for Qualifications to determine award of solicitation, and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate a contract with the selected respondent and present for City Council approval.

16. Discuss and consider appointments of a Council Director and a Citizen Director to the BCRUA to fill an unexpired terms expiring May 2020.

17. Discuss and consider selection of Mayor Pro Tem for 2019-2020.

18. Discuss and consider the appointment of newly elected Councilmember Pantalion-Parker as the Council Liaison to the Historical Preservation Commission. (Sponsor Mayor Hill)

19. Discuss and consider setting June 22 as the preferred Summer Retreat date. Location to be determined. (Sponsor Mayor Hill)
