10. Approval of the minutes for workshop and regular meeting held on June 20, 2019 and the City Council Retreat held on June 21-22, 2019.

Approval of the award of a contract to Coast to Coast Construction, Inc. for the City of Leander 2019 Detention Pond Maintenance Project in an amount of One Hundred Nine Thousand One Hundred Eleven Dollars and Seventy-Eight Cents ($109,111.78); and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.

Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance amending the current zoning SFU/MH-2-B (Single-Family Urban / Manufactured Home) to TF-2-B (Two-Family) to TF-2-B (Two-Family); on one (1) parcels of land approximately 2.79 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R036567; and more commonly known as 803 Horizon Park Boulevard., Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
14. Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance amending the Composite Zoning Ordinance to update the requirements for alleys; Williamson & Travis Counties, Texas.

Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance amending Bluffview PUD on six (6) parcels of land approximately 182.184 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcels R031231, R310769, R339021, R403529, R419667, and R419674; generally located to the east of the intersection of Ronald W. Reagan Boulevard and Bradley Ranch Road; addressed at 500 Bradley Ranch Road, Williamson County, Texas.
16. Approval of a waiver of Article 8.04, Noise, Section 8.04.001(a) (11) in the hours of construction work to R.J. Allen & Associates, Inc. to provide for concrete pours at the Leander Junction Apartments project site, located at 14801 Ronald Reagan Boulevard on Wednesdays and Fridays beginning July 17 through October (depending on weather conditions) with activities to begin at 4:00 a.m., and requiring R.J. Allen & Associates, Inc. to post notifications a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the activities.

Approval of a six (6)-month extension of the application expiration for Subdivision Case 17-FP-031 Bar W Ranch Phase 1 final plat; WCAD Parcels R485224 and R542844; generally located to the southwest of the intersection of Via De Sienna Boulevard and Ronald W. Reagan Boulevard on the west side of Ronald W. Reagan Boulevard; Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
18. Approval of a twelve (12)-month contract renewal with Logix Communications for Citywide Telephone and Back-Up Internet Services for Sixty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Four Dollars and Sixteen Cents ($61,784.16) and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
