10. Approval of the minutes for meetings held on October 3, 2019.
11. Award of bids for nine (9) Fleet Vehicles for law enforcement and staff positions in the amount of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand, Four Hundred Eighty-Six Dollars ($260,486.00) from the following vendors – Caldwell Country Chevy, Lake Country Chevy and Moore Chrysler Dodge and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
12. Approval of purchase for two (2) Brush Trucks for the Fire Department available through the Houston-Galveston Area Council of Governments (HGAC) Co-Op Pricing Program with Chastang Ford and Siddons Martin in the amount of Four Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Dollars ($452,490.00) Dollars and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
13. Approval of the Second Reading of the Ordinance for Zoning Case 19-Z-017 to amend the current zoning of Interim SFR-1-B (Single-Family Rural) and Interim SFS-2-B (Single-Family Suburban) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with the base zoning districts of GC-4-C (General Commercial) and LO-2-A (Local Office) on one (1) parcel of land approximately 10.0261 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R032403; and more commonly known as 4170 CR 279, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
14. Approval of dedication and acceptance of subdivision infrastructure improvements for Travisso, Phase 3, Section 4.
15. Approval of Ordinance Case 19-OR-010 to amend the Subdivision Ordinance to update the Park Land Dedication, Park Improvement, and Park Land Fee-in-Lieu regulations and requirements, and to provide for related matters; Williamson & Travis Counties, Texas.
16. Approval of the Hazelwood Commons Development Agreement Case 19-DA-007 regarding the approval of a development agreement to allow for the developer to pay a fee in lieu of the sidewalk construction along Leander Drive and Hazelwood Street on one (1) parcel of land approximately 1.16 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R504812; and generally located to the southeast of the intersection of Hazelwood Street and Leander Drive, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
