Discuss and consider a cooperation agreement by and between the City of Leander and the Texas Housing Foundation (THF), in order for the THF to acquire, finance, renovate, operate and mange the affordable housing development known as the Cedar Ridge Apartments located at 2702 S. Bagdad Road, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

22. Discuss and consider the addition of a Performance Stage Pavilion at Lakewood Park; an expenditure not to exceed One Million Five Hundred Thousand ($1,500,000.00) Dollars; and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.

24. Discuss and consider ratification of Mayor Hill's appointments to serve on the Citizen Action Advisory Committee (CAAC) with terms expiring 2020.

25. Discuss and consider the Tender, Release and Substitution Agreement with Hanover Insurance Company and Austin Engineering Co., Inc. to complete the Leander TOD 183A & FM 2243 Wastewater – 18” & 12” Line Project; and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
