Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 18-Z-029 to amend the current zoning of GC-3-C (General Commercial) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with the base zoning district of GC-5-A (General Commercial) on one (1) parcel of land approximately 1.804 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R548156; and legally described as Lot 1B, Block A, Integrated Metal Products Subdivision, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 19-Z-019 to amend the current zoning of LC-1-C (Local Commercial) to LC-2-B (Local Commercial) on one (1) parcel of land approximately 2.10 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R526322; and legally described as Lot 4, Block A, Crystal Springs Section 1, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

16. Discuss and consider action on a Resolution amending the City Of Leander Personnel Policy to adjust Holiday Leave Benefits for certain Fire and Police employees.

17. Discuss and consider action on authorizing as-built drawings on the Davis House along with conducting a survey of the property and the vacant lot next door.

18. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.072, Texas Government Code, to deliberate the granting of a Special Warranty Deed dedication of Right-of-Way, acquisition of Sidewalk Easement and Public Utility Easement, and a Public Utility Easement from Maneeb Mellem located in the Elijah D. Harman Survey, Abstract 6, the City of Leander, Williamson County, Texas for the Raider Way / E. Woodview Roadway Project.
