10. Approval of an Ordinance directing the City’s Information Security Officer to provide state-mandated cybersecurity training to all elected officials and City employees who have access to a computer; authorizing the City’s Information Security Officer to report completion of mandatory training to the State on behalf of the City; directing the City’s Information Technology Director to periodically audit the Information Security Officer’s work in regards to cybersecurity training to ensure it is being completed correctly; providing a severability clause; providing an effective date; and providing for related matters.
11. Approval of the award of a contract to Greyback Utility, LLC for the City of Leander Detention/Water Quality Pond Maintenance 2020 in an amount of One Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Six ($171,546.00) Dollars; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
12. Approval of a License Agreement Case 20-LA-003 to consider approval of the Second Amendment to the License Agreement for the Deerbrooke Subdivision between the City of Leander and Deerbrooke Homeowners Association, a Texas non-profit corporation, for a property generally located to the northeast of the intersection of Collaborative Way and CR 279/Bagdad Road, City of Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
13. Approval of an amendment to Chapter 10, Section 10.03.003 of the Code of Ordinances regarding the timing of submitting a fee in lieu of a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) and providing the City Engineer with the authority to make decisions regarding the submittal of a fee in lieu of a TIA; Leander, Williamson & Travis Counties, Texas.
