8. Approval of the minutes for meetings held on June 18, 2020.

Approval of an amendment to City Manager's contract, Section VI, 4.1 Relocation, to provide for the removal of the requirement to have under contract a home for purchase or construction by Dec. 31, 2020, and only require the City Manager during his tenure to reside within the City to be consistent with the Home Rule Charter.
10. Approval of award of Solicitation #S20-048 for the purchase, installation, and programming of traffic signal equipment upgrades at various intersections throughout the City to Iteris, Inc. in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Six Hundred Thirty ($175,630.00) Dollars; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
11. Approval of the extension of the application expiration for Subdivision Case 19-PICP-005 Lively Offsite Waterline Construction Plans; generally located to the northeast of the intersection of SH 29 and Lively Ranch Road; Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
12. Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance voluntarily annexing land, or portions thereof, including 148.65 acres ±, located in the Moses S. Hornsby Survey, Abstract No. 292, Williamson County, Texas.
13. Approval of an addendum to the Gilpin Annexation Development Agreement, between the City of Leander and John and Nancy Gilpin to provide for an addendum in order to allow for the property owner to sell a portion of their land without causing the annexation of the entire property subject to the addendum for the property generally located 700 feet to the south of the intersection of Sauterne Drive and Lakeline Boulevard, on the east side of Lakeline Boulevard, Leander, Williamson County, Texas; and authorize the Mayor to execute any and all necessary documents.

Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 19-TOD-Z-022 to amend the current Bryson PUD (Planned Unit Development) to add a parcel to the subdivision; and Subdivision Case 19-TOD-CP-010 to amend the Bryson Concept Plan on several parcels of land, approximately 497 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcels R032103, R032104, R032196, R032214, R485832-R485834, R525991, R525993, R531476, R537888-R537936, R543609-R543674, R547233-R547238, R551042-R551106, R558957, R563914-R563965, R563984-R564019, R565247-R565292, R568996, R575603, R575606, R575614-R575670, R575847, R575850-R575858, R576923, R576926-R576995, and R588534-R588601; and generally located to the northeast of the intersection of San Gabriel Parkway and 183A Toll Road, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

Approval of an Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 90-016-01 which provides for the adoption of the City of Leander Personnel Policy; providing for establishing a new Personnel Policy in a new format with new titles and section references; amending Section 9.03.003 of the Code of Ordinances to provide for the amendment of Personnel Policies by Ordinance or Resolution; amending Section 9.03.005 to remove a reference to an outdated Ordinance; providing for a savings clause; and providing for an effective date.

21. Approval of a Special Event Permit for the Old Town Street Festival sponsored by the Leander Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center on Saturday, August 29, 2020.
