10. Approval of License Agreement Case 20-LA-004 to allow for the installation and maintenance of improvements within right-of-way of San Gabriel Parkway located adjacent to the Palmera Bluff Subdivision.

Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 20-Z-009 to amend the current zoning of Interim SFR-1-B (Single-Family Rural) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with the base zoning district of HC-4-D (Heavy Commercial) on one (1) parcel of land approximately 4.84 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Travis Central Appraisal District Parcel 513804; and more commonly known as 17414 FM 1431, Leander, Travis County, Texas.

Approval of Development Agreement Case 20-DA-010 for a Masonry Development Agreement for one (1) parcel of land approximately 4.84 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Travis Central Appraisal District Parcel 513804; and more commonly known as 17414 FM 1431, Leander, Travis County, Texas.

Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Special Use Case 20-SU-002 on an amendment to a Special Use Permit to allow for modifications to the site development requirements on two (2) parcels of land approximately 10.31 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R031707; and more commonly known as 2812 N. Bagdad Road, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
14. Approval of License Agreement Case 20-LA-006 to allow for the installation and maintenance of improvements within rights-of-way of Bar W Ranch Boulevard located within the Bar W Ranch West Subdivision.
15. Approval of Change Order No.3 to the construction contract for Metro Drive Extension Project which includes a change in the scope of work that reduces the total contract amount by One Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seven Dollars Eighty-Eight Cents ($168,907.88) to a final total of Three Million Seven Hundred Fifteen Thousand Nine Hundred Twelve Dollars Twenty-Six Cents ($3,715,912.26).
16. Approval of Change Order No.3 to the Construction Contract for the Leander TOD 183A & FM 2243 18-inch & 12-inch Wastewater Lines Project which includes a change in scope of work that reduces the total contract amount by Seventy-Two Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Five ($72,525.00) Dollars for a final total of Seven Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars Ten Cents ($753,482.10).
17. Approval of dedication and acceptance of infrastructure improvements for Bryson Subdivision, Phase 3 Section 3 and High Chaparral Subdivision, Lots 6-8, Block 3.
