10. Approval of an Ordinance amending Ordinance 19-056-00 to amend the City of Leander Fiscal Year 2020 Annual Budget.
11. Accept the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) No. 1 Proposed Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2021.
12. Accept the Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority (BCRUA) Proposed Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2021.
13. Award of Solicitation #S20-051 for Vehicle Upfitting, Lettering and Graphics purchases to Cap Fleet Upfitters in Belton, Texas, on an as-needed basis; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
14. Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 20-Z-013 to amend the current zoning of LO-2-B (Local Office) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with a base zoning district of LO-2-A (Local Office) on one (1) parcel of land approximately 5.84 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District parcel R031214; and generally located to the south of the intersection of Raider Way and E. Crystal Falls Parkway; and more commonly known as 10804 E. Crystal Falls Parkway, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

Approval of Development Agreement Case 20-DA-010 Barnett Professional Plaza Development Agreement Addendum and Assignment of the Barnett Professional Plaza Development Agreement for one (1) parcel of land approximately 5.84 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District parcel R031214; and generally located to the south of the intersection of Raider Way and E. Crystal Falls Parkway; and more commonly known as 10804 E. Crystal Falls Parkway, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
16. Approval of the Second Amendment to the Crescent Development Agreement to include several parcels within the Leander TODD MUD No. 1.
17. Approval of a change to the Registered Office and Agent to City Manager Richard B. Beverlin, III for the Leander Development Authority (LDA).
18. Approval of dedication and acceptance of subdivision infrastructure improvements for Deerbrooke Phase 1, Lot 34, Block D; Deerbrooke Phase 2, Section 4; Deerbrooke Phase 2, Section 5; Hawkes Landing Phase 4; Marbella Phase 2; and Valley Vista East Phase 1.
