11. Acceptance of the Planning & Zoning Commission Progress Report for September 2019 to August 2020.
13. Approval of Funding Agreement by and between the City of Leander and Opportunities for Williamson & Burnet Counties, Inc. (OWBC) for Fiscal Year 2021 in the amount of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars; and authorize the Mayor to execute any and all necessary documents.
14. Approval of Funding Agreement by and between the City of Leander and Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center for Fiscal Year 2021 in the amount of Thirty-Two Thousand ($32,000.00) Dollars; and authorize the Mayor to execute any and all necessary documents.
17. Approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Williamson County and the City of Leander for the establishment of EMS ambulance and personnel housing at Leander Fire Stations.
18. Approval of the Amendment to Development Agreement Case 20-DA-012 Southwestern Development Agreement and Escrow Agreement to convert the tap fee reimbursement structure on two (2) parcels of land approximately 201.188 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcels R031235 and R031236; and generally located to the southeast of intersection of US 183 S and W. South Street, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
19. Approval of License Agreement Case 19-LA-016 for the Cold Springs Subdivision to allow for the installation and maintenance of Radar Display Signs within right-of-way of Grand Lake Parkway located within the Cold Springs Subdivision.
