Monroe Survey, Abstract No. 453, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 20-TOD-Z-016 to amend the development standards associated with the current Tylerville Commercial PUD/TOD (Planned Unit Development/Transit Oriented Development) with the base zoning district of GC-3-A (General Commercial) on one (1) parcel of land approximately 2.0738 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R568377; and more commonly known as southwest of the intersection of W. 19. Approval of Information Technology workstation replacement purchase available from Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Co-Op Contract with Dell in the amount of $121,639.00; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.

Approval of a contract with Motorola Solutions Inc. for upgrades, support, and maintenance to the Police Department (PD) communications systems; for a five (5) year contract with an amount not to exceed of $228,086.00 over the term of the contract; providing for terms and conditions; and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
21. Approval of a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Leander and Axon Enterprises, Inc for the supply and maintenance of equipment and services associated with the Police Department’s (PD) Body-Worn Camera (BWC) Program, Tasers, Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD) and Records Management System (RMS); for a five (5) year contract with an amount not to exceed of $1,202,851.80 over the term of the contract; providing for terms and conditions; and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
