10. Approval of the Osage & Rio Lobo Pass Radar Sign License Agreement Case 19-LA-012 for the Crystal Falls Homeowners Association to allow for the installation and maintenance of radar signs within rights-of-way of Osage Drive located within the Bluffs at Crystal Falls Subdivision.
11. Approval of the South Street Duplexes License Agreement Case 20-LA-013 to allow for the installation and maintenance of irrigation and landscaping within right-of-way of West South Street adjacent to the South Street Duplexes located at 605 W. South Street, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

Approval of a waiver of Article 8.04, Noise, Section 8.04.001(a) (11) in the hours of construction work to Joeris General Contractors to provide for concrete pours at the HEB Leander Store #592 Expansion project site located on 651 N. US 183, Leander, TX in November and December 2020 (depending on weather conditions), and requiring Joeris General Contractors to post notifications for nearby tenants a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the activities.

Approval of Second Amendment to the Wastewater Service Agreement between the City of Round Rock and the City of Leander for BCRWWS Collection System to increase the treatment capacity allocated to Leander from 1.5 MGD to 2.0 MGD with treatment reservation continuing until the expansion is completed in 2023; and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
27. Approval of award of contract to Austin Underground, Inc. for construction services to widen County Road 290 at Hero Way West (formerly Nameless Road) as a part of CIP Project T.8 in the amount of $236,701.50; and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.

Approval of an Ordinance amending Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article 1.04, Boards, Commissions and Committees, Division 4, Parks and Recreation Advisory Board to increase the number of board members to 7 members; and allowance of different individuals if not applicants meet some of the criteria; providing savings clause, an open meetings clause and providing for related matters.

Approval of a Resolution of No Objection to the Texas Housing Foundation's Application to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for Housing Tax Credits in the name of THF Crystal Falls Preservation, LP, a limited partnership, for the acquisition and renovation of approximately 152 units of multifamily housing located at 2702 Bagdad Road in Leander, Texas, currently named Cedar Ridge Apartments.
