11. Approval of the minutes for meetings held on November 5, 2020.
13. Approval of License to Encroach Case 20-LA-017 for the Donut Shop project to allow for the installation and maintenance of a sign within the Public Utility Easement located at 305 S US 183, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
14. Approval of the Homestead Phase 2 License Agreement Case 20-LA-019 to allow for the installation and maintenance of irrigation and landscaping within the rights-of-way of the Homestead Phase 2 Subdivision, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
15. Approval of the extension of the application expiration for Subdivision Case 18-PICP-034 Leander Collective Construction Plans; generally located to the northwest of the intersection of Sonny Drive and US 183; Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
16. Award of Solicitation #S21-001 for thirteen (13) Fleet Vehicles for law enforcement and staff positions in the amount of $374,110.00 to the following vendors: Grapevine Dodge Chrysler Jeep, Moore Chrysler Dodge and Caldwell Country Chevrolet; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
17. Approval of a one (1) year contract renewal for fuel delivery and tank rental to Triple S Fuels Company; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
18. Approval of an Ordinance amending Ordinance 20-062-00 to amend the City of Leander Fiscal Year 2021 Annual Budget.
19. Acceptance of the Quarterly Investment Report for the period ending September 30, 2020.
20. Approval of a Special Event Permit for street closures for the Old Town Christmas Parade and Old Town Christmas Festival.
21. Approval to purchase information security devices and licenses available through the Texas Department of Information Resources (Texas DIR) Co-Op Contract DIR-TSO-4075 with Bell IT Services in the amount of $88,620.40; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
22. Approval to purchase Library Solution cloud-based automation and cataloging software and related licenses, hardware, and professional services from The Library Corporation (TLC) utilizing Federal Government Services Administration (GSA) co-op contract GS-35F-0270X in the amount of $38,577.85 for the first year and $12,449.24 for subsequent years; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents and renewals.
23. Acceptance of Subdivision Infrastructure Improvements for Palmera Bluff Section 1.

Approval of a waiver of Article 8.04, Noise, Section 8.04.001(a) (11) in the hours of construction work to Joeris General Contractors to provide for erecting insulated concrete panels at the HEB Leander Store #592 Expansion project site located on 651 N. US 183, between 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. between November 22 and December 23, 2020 (Sunday through Thursday), and requiring Joeris General Contractors to post notifications for nearby tenants a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the activities.
25. Approval of a contract with Axon Enterprises, Inc for the supply, installation and maintenance of equipment and services associated with five (5) AXON Patrol Fleet recording systems within the Leander Police Department; for a three (3) year contract with an amount not to exceed $30,235.90 over the term of the contract; providing for terms and conditions; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents and renewals.
