Approval of the Partial Assignment and Assumption of the Devine Lake Development Agreement Case 19-DA-004 to consider the assignment of 16.953 acres of land associated with the Devine Lake Subdivision to Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd., generally located to the southwest of the intersection of San Gabriel Parkway and Bagdad Road; Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
10. Approval of an Ordinance adopting the official zoning map of the City of Leander, Williamson and Travis Counties, Texas attached as Exhibit “A”, City of Leander, Texas Zoning Map, hereto and incorporated herein; providing for the maintenance and recorded into record as the official zoning map; and providing an effective date.
11. Approval of an Ordinance adopting an official map of the City of Leander, Williamson and Travis Counties, Texas attached as Exhibit “A”, Leander City Map, hereto and incorporated herein; providing for the maintenance and filing of the official map; declaring as the official City Limits and Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ); and providing an effective date.
12. Approval of the 601 Crystal Falls Parkway License Agreement Case 20-LA-022 to allow for the installation and maintenance of irrigation and landscaping within the right-of-way of Crystal Falls Parkway, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

Approval of the extension of the application expiration for Subdivision Case 19-PP-002 Bar W Ranch West Phase 6 preliminary plat; more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcels R523943, R567990, R542848, and R532719; generally located to the southwest of the intersection Bar W Ranch Boulevard and Ronald W Reagan Boulevard, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
16. Approval of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to pursue State legislation benefiting the City of Leander by the creation of a municipal management district; the rebate of a portion of sales tax revenue allocated to Capital Metro; and the recapture of a portion of sales tax revenue allocated to Leander/Liberty Hill Public Library District.
