9. Approval of the minutes for meeting held on January 7, 2021.

Approval of the Second Reading of the Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 20-TOD-Z-028 to amend the current zoning of PUD/TOD (Planned Unit Development/Transit Oriented Development) within the S2 Station Sector to adopt the Hero Way & Main Street Medical Offices PUD (Planned Unit Development) with the base zoning district of LC-2-A (Local Commercial) on a portion of two (2) parcels of land approximately 8.0822 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcels R031324 and R503941; and generally located southwest of the intersection of Hero Way and Main Street, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
11. Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 20-Z-030 to amend the Journey Bible PUD (Planned Unit Development) to also allow uses permitted in the LO-2-A (Local Office) on one (1) parcel of land approximately 3 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R559264; and more commonly known as 3429 Journey Parkway, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
12. Approval of an Ordinance ordering and establishing procedures for the 2021 General Election in the City of Leander to elect a Mayor and Councilmembers for the offices held by Place 2, Place 4 and Place 6; providing for notice of the election; providing election precinct and polling places; providing for early voting; providing an effective date and open meetings clause; providing for the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents; and providing for related materials. Aprobacion de una ordenanza para ordenar y establecer procedimientos para la eleccion general de 2021 en la ciudad de Leander para elejir a los miembros del consejo para las oficinas celebradas por el Alcalde, Lugar 2, Lugar 4 y Lugar 6, proporcionando la noticia de la eleccion, porporcionando precinto electoral y lugar de votacion; proveyendo para el voto temprano, proporcionando una fecha de vigencia y clausula de reuniones abiertos, proporcionando al Gerente de la Ciudad para ejecudar cualquiera y todos los documentos necesarios; y proporcionando materiales relacionados.
