9. Approval of a Resolution Agreement with the Criminal Justice Division (CJD) of the Office of the Governor to provide matching grant funds for continuation of the Leander Police Department victim services coordinator position.
10. Approval of a Resolution Agreement with the Criminal Justice Division (CJD) of the Office of the Governor to solicit grant funding for Leander Police Department eye tracking software.
11. Approval of an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement by and between the Leander Independent School District and the City of Leander to provide law enforcement services as needed and to bill for rendered services accordingly.
12. Approval of the extension of the application expiration for Subdivision Case 19-FP-023 Valley Vista Center final plat; more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcels R510101, R599803, R599801, and R586079; generally located to the southwest of the intersection of Ronald W. Reagan, Boulevard and Gabriels Horn Road, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
14. Approval of an Ordinance to allow staff to administratively extend deadlines for Annexation Development Agreements that were approved in compliance with the Texas Local Government Code 43.035 (now 43.016); Leander, Williamson and Travis Counties.
15. Approval of Change Order for Fire Station No. 5 in the total amount of $23,512.34 and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
