Discuss and consider action on the First Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 20-Z-036 to amend the current zoning of Interim SFR-1-B (Single-Family Rural) to SFC-2-B (Single-Family Compact) on one (1) parcel of land approximately 44.66 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R021708; and more commonly known as 450 Bradley Ranch Road, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

12. Discuss and consider action regarding Comprehensive Plan Case 20-CPA-007 to amend the Transportation Plan as set forth in the Comprehensive Plan to update the alignment and the thoroughfare street section of Collector Roadway Raider Way; Williamson Counties, Texas.

13. Discuss and consider action on the First Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan contract regarding desired additional consulting services for the Leander Comprehensive Plan; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.

Discuss and consider action on a Resolution of the City of Leander, Texas, accepting the petition for annexation of 43.76 acres ±, generally located approximately 550 feet to the north of the intersection of Ronald W. Reagan Boulevard and Vista Heights Drive, on the east side of Ronald W. Reagan Boulevard, and north of the Reagan’s Overlook Subdivision; Williamson County, Texas; setting an annexation schedule; providing for open meetings; and other related matters.

Discuss and consider action on a waiver of Article 8.04, Noise, Section 8.04.001(a) (11) in the hours of construction work to Joeris General Contractors to provide for demolition of the old curbside at the HEB Leander Store #592 Expansion project site located on 651 N US 183, Leander, Texas in March 2021, and requiring Joeris General Contractors to post notifications for nearby tenants a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the activities.

16. Discuss and consider action on revisions to the City of Leander Code of Ordinances, Article 13.09 Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan.

Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.072, Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property and deliberate proposed economic development incentives for one (1) or more business prospects that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting development negotiations. Reconvene into open session for the city council to take action in their discretion regarding one (1) or more business prospects.
