9. Approval of the minutes for meeting held on February 27, 2021 and March 4, 2021.

Approval of an Ordinance amending Article 9.05, the Code of Ethics related to Section 9.05.003 definitions to add definition defining calendar day and business day; amending provisions related to Section 9.05.008 Lobbyist to amend subsection (B)(3) clarifying three (3) business days; amending provision related to Section 9.05.009 Financial Disclosure, Section 9.05.10 Ethics Commission and Section 9.05.013 Penalties to provide clarification to reference of days and providing for related matters.
11. Approval of a waiver of Article 8.04, Noise, Section 8.04.001(a) (11) in the hours of construction work for White Construction to provide for concrete pours at the HEB Leander Store project site, located at 19344 Ronald Reagan Boulevard and Highway 29, Leander, TX with starting times as early as 12:00 a.m. from March 19, 2021 through June 3, 2021 subject to weather conditions; and the contractor will notify them a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the activities.
12. Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 20-Z-036 to amend the current zoning of Interim SFR-1-B (Single-Family Rural) to SFC-2-B (Single-Family Compact) on one (1) parcel of land approximately 44.66 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R021708; and more commonly known as 450 Bradley Ranch Road, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
14. Approval of the Horizon Lake License Agreement Case 21-LA-001 to allow for the installation and maintenance of irrigation and landscaping within the rights-of-way of Horizon Park Boulevard, South East Street, Turnbuckle Bend, and Spindrift Lane, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
15. Approval of an extension of the expiration for Subdivision Case 18-PICP-038 Fairways at Crystal Falls, Section 2, Phase 4 Construction Plans for 6.970 acres ±; generally located to the east of the intersection of Long Bow Drive and First View; Leander, Travis County, Texas.
