13. Approval of an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Leander, Williamson County and Cities Health District for coordination and application of mosquito control services within the city limits of Leander.
14. Approval of an Interlocal Agreement between City of Leander and Williamson County Emergency Services District #9 for equipment that will enhance Leander Fire Department's search and rescue capabilities.
15. Award of Solicitation #S21-017 to provide Plan Review, Building Inspection and Fire Inspection Services with SAFEbuilt Texas, LLC, Michael D. Brasuel, Sr., and Fire Safety Technical Services; and authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
16. Approval of the extension of the application expiration for Subdivision Case 19-FP-002 Travisso, Phase 4, Section 4 final plat; Travis Central Appraisal District Parcel 353024; generally located to the west of the intersection of Travisso Pkwy and Sorvino Walk; Leander, Travis County, Texas.

Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Ordinance Case 21-OR-002 to amend the Composite Zoning Ordinance to require that each of the units in MF (Multi-Family) and NR (Neighborhood Residential) use components and Type 1, 2, and 3 site components are required to have one (1) enclosed garage parking space, and to provide for related matters; Williamson & Travis Counties, Texas.
