9. Approval of the minutes for meetings held on April 15, 2021.

Approval of a waiver of Article 8.04, Noise, Section 8.04.001(a) (11) in the hours of construction work to Wood Partners to provide for concrete pours to begin at 3:00 a.m. between May 7, 2021 through June 21, 2021 for concrete pours (two (2) to four (4) days a week, weather dependent) at the ALTA Leander Station project site located at 348 Main Street, Leander, Texas.
11. Acceptance of Subdivision Infrastructure Improvements for Bar W Ranch West Phase 1 Section 1 and Bar W Ranch West Phase 1 Section 2.
12. Approval of an Ordinance amending Chapter 4, Article 4.10, Section 4.10.006 Wrecker Rotation List Operation; providing for open meetings, severability, and effective date clauses; and providing for related matters.
13. Approval of renaming Navajo Lane to Navajo Song Lane located within the Valley Vista Subdivision to the west of the intersection of Gabriels Horn and Ronald W. Reagan Boulevard; Williamson County, Texas.
14. Approval of the Second Reading of an Ordinance regarding Zoning Case 21-Z-006 to amend the current zoning of Interim SFR-1-B (Single Family Rural) and Interim SFS-2-B (Single-Family Suburban) to create the PEC Data Center Minor PUD (Planned Unit Development) with a base zoning of GC-3-C (General Commercial) on three (3) parcels of land approximately 11.96 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcels R031385, R330897, and R433138; and generally located south of RM 2243 and east of 183A, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
