ON THE AGENDA IS THE DIRECTOR'S REPORT.I'M REPORTING ON ACTION TAKEN BY THE CITY COUNCIL DURING THE SEPTEMBER 1ST MEETING, THE COUNCIL CONDUCTED THE SECOND READING OF THE ORDINANCE FOR THE TAYLORVILLE TRACKS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, AND THEY DID APPROVE THE ZONING REQUEST.
UM, THEY ALSO CONDUCTED THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE ENCLAVE AT CRYSTAL FALLS, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, AND THE COUNCIL DID APPROVE THAT REQUEST.
UM, AND THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR SATURN CENTER PAD WAS COMPLETED.
THEY DID DENY THAT REQUEST, UM, BECAUSE THEY WANTED THE PROPERTY TO REMAIN COMMERCIAL.

SO THIS IS, UM, THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE GARLOCK PROPERTY.
TYPICALLY THIS ITEM WOULD BE ON THE CONSENT AGENDA FOR THE COMMISSION, BUT THEY ARE PROPOSING TO REMOVE A, UM, 31 INCH LIVE OAK HERITAGE TREE.
UM, THIS TREE IS IN THE CENTER OF THE RIGHT OF WAY RIGHT UP HERE.
UM, THEY, THEY DID DO A GOOD JOB OF SAVING A LOT OF THE OTHER TREES IN THEIR OPEN SPACE AREAS.
UM, THEY ARE PROPOSING A HUNDRED SINGLE FAMILY, LOTS, UH, TWO LANDSCAPE, LOTS, AND TWO WATER QUALITY AND GREEN SPACE, LOTS.
AND, UM, I'M AVAILABLE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
IS THERE AN APPLICANT PRESENTATION? I DON'T SEE THEM.
SO COMMISSIONER MAY I'M GOOD, RIGHT? COMMISSION WALL.
I DIDN'T HAVE ANY CONCERNS ON THIS ONE.
IF WE DON'T MOVE THE TREE, DOES THE ROAD HAVE TO CURVE? DO THEY SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THAT? LIKE, SO THE, WE, WE ASK THEM TO DO THEIR BEST TO SAVE THE TREE.
IF THEY WERE TO ADJUST THE ROAD, IT WOULD REDUCE THE LOT DEPTH.
AND IF YOU LOOK, UM, ON THESE LOTS RIGHT HERE, THERE ARE QUITE A FEW TREES THAT WOULD BE AFFECTED MM-HMM
UM, BUT THEY WOULD HAVE TO LOOK AT SOME KIND OF CURVE IN THE ROAD.

COMMISSIONER CARPENTER IT ON THE, UH, CITY COUNCIL MEETING THAT WOMAN SPOKE OF THE LIFT STATION THAT WAS GETTING PUT DOWN AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS.
I KNOW THAT THAT'S NOT THIS PARTICULAR STATION, BUT IS THAT LIFT STATION GETTING ADDED BECAUSE OF THIS EDITION, THAT LIFT STATION HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BLUFF VIEW.
IT'S PART OF THE VALLEY VISTA PHASE TWO.
SO THEY HAVE PHASE ONE THAT'S BUILT PHASE TWO HAS THE LIFT STATION.
SO THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT LIFT STATION.
I HAVE NO OTHER QUESTIONS THEN.
