I'M REPORTING ON ACTION TAKEN BY THE CITY COUNCIL. DURING THE DECEMBER 15TH MEETING, THEY REVIEWED SEVERAL CASES THAT WERE FORWARDED FROM THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION. THEY HAD THREE CASES ON THEIR CONSENT AGENDA THAT WERE APPROVED, UM, AS A SECOND READING. THE FIRST ONE IS THE NORTH POINT PLAN UNIT DEVELOPMENT. THAT WAS THE PROJECT OFF OF, UH, CRYSTAL FALLS, WHERE THEY WERE DOING, UH, LOCAL COMMERCIAL INCLUDING LIGHT MANUFACTURING USES AND THE HORSESHOE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT. THAT'S THE PROPERTY ON FOUR 500 HORSESHOE DRIVE. THAT WAS A CONTINUATION OF THE ADJACENT CONDO REGIME. AND THEN THE UM, THIRD ONE WAS BAGHDAD CROSSING. SO THAT WAS THE COMMERCIAL, UM, GENERAL COMMERCIAL, LOCAL COMMERCIAL PROJECT THAT WAS AT THE INTERSECTION OF BAGHDAD ROAD AND SAN GABRIEL PARKWAY. THEY ALSO CONDUCTED THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE, UM, LONE STAR LANDING ZONING CASE. THAT WAS THE CASE OFF OF CR 1 77, WHERE THEY WERE REQUESTING THE SINGLE FAMILY SUBURBAN ZONING DISTRICT, AND THE COUNCIL DID APPROVE THAT REQUEST.
