THIS NOT PROHIBIT THEM FROM ADDING PERMANENT STRUCTURES IF THEY WANTED TO, BUT THIS ALLOWS THE FOOD TRUCKS AND IF THEY DO ADD ANY, THEN THEY WOULD'VE TO COMPLY WITHIN, UM, CURRENT ZONING, BUT ALSO, UM, UH, ANY TYPES OF ISSUES WITH LAND OR, OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.

YEAH, THEY'LL HAVE TO COMPLY WITH THE OTHER ORDINANCES.

I DON'T THINK IT'S THEIR PLAN TO ADD MORE PERMANENT STRUCTURES.

SO THERE'S NOT A SIDEWALK BUILT BECAUSE IT'S NOT A PERMANENT STRUCTURE.

THEY'RE REQUIRED TO BUILD A, A SIDEWALK WITH THEIR SITE JUST LIKE WILDFIRE AND SMOOTH VILLAGE DID IS THE SIDEWALK ALONG BROAD.

SO THAT'S UNDER SPECIAL CONSIDERATION.

SO WE'RE APPROVING NOT IT, IT'S A TYPO.

THAT'S WHAT WE TALKED ABOUT IN THE CALL.

SO, IN IN GENERAL, WHAT'S HAPPENING HERE IS, UM, YOU KNOW, ORIGINALLY THE MASTER PLAN WAS DONE BACK IN, UH, MAY OF 2021.

UM, WE MADE SOME CHANGES, UM, IN THE, UM, OCTOBER OF 2022, WHERE, YOU KNOW, WE, UM, WE HAD LIVE OAK AND I THINK THERE WAS A ANOTHER ROAD THAT WE TOOK OUT.

UM, CR 2 67 WAS, UH, UH, MOVED BACK TO A COLLECTOR TYPE ROAD.

UM, WE WENT BACK AND, UH, LOOKED AT FEW OTHER AREAS IN THE CITY AND SEE IF THERE NEEDS TO BE ANY, UH, UPGRADES BASED ON, UH, THE NEW LAND USE.

AND, UH, AND, AND WORKING WITH THE, WITH THE DEVELOPMENTS THAT HAS HAPPENED, UH, RECENTLY.

SO WE ANALYZED FEW STREETS AND THOSE ARE THE ONES THAT ARE PUT ON THE SCREEN.

UM, BESIDES THAT, THERE WERE OTHERS THAT, UM, DIDN'T, UH, REQUIRE, UH, UH, THE CONSULTANT TO MAKE ANY CHANGES.

IT STAYED THE WAY IT WAS, UH, PROPOSED IN THE TMP.

SO THE ONES THAT, UH, WE ARE, UM, UH, KIND OF, UH, PUTTING FORWARD HERE FOR AN AMENDMENT OR REVISION IS GONNA BE, UM, NAMELESS ROAD.

UM, ALSO YOU AS ANOTHER SLIDE IN HERE.

BUT, UM, NAMELESS ROAD IS, UH, BEING AMEND, UH, REVISED, UH, FROM A ARTERIAL ROAD TO A COLLECTOR ROAD, UM, THREE LANE WITH A MIDDLE LANE, TWO THROW LANES, UM, BECAUSE, UH, OF THE TRAFFIC THAT WAS, UM, STUDIED DIDN'T HAVE A LOT OF A D T IN THERE.

SO BASICALLY IN THE AREA THAT WE'RE REVISING, UH, IF YOU SEE, UH, SOUTH OF THAT, WE STILL HAVE ARTERIAL, WHICH IS IN PURPLE.

SO THE ONE IN YELLOW IS WHAT WE ARE REVISING CUZ IT HAS, UH, RELATIVELY LESS TRAFFIC AS PER OUR MODELING THAT, UH, KIMLEY HAUNTED FOR US IN THIS, IN THIS ROUND.

SO THAT'S ONE.

UM, WE HAVE, UM, LET ME GO BACK HERE.

UM, SO THAT'S, SO THAT'S NAMELESS, UM, FROM ARTERIAL TO COLLECTOR.

UH, IT'S, UH, THE LIMITS ARE FROM, UH, TRUVISO PARKWAY TO ROUND MOUNTAIN ROAD.

UH, THE NEXT ONE, UH, IS, UH, CR 2 67 CHAINS FROM COLLECTOR TO A FOUR LANE ARTERIAL BETWEEN EQUINE ROAD AND KAUFMAN LOOP.

AND THIS WAS, UM, ONE THAT, UM, GOT DEMOTED TO A COLLECTOR BECAUSE OF, UH, YOU KNOW, SUGGESTIONS OR RECOMMENDATIONS FROM PREVIOUS CITY, UH, STAFF ENGINEER AT THAT POINT.

AND, UM, BASIS OF THAT WAS KIND OF LIKE, YOU KNOW, UH, LOT OF THE JUDGMENT ON, ON OUR SIDE AS WELL.

UH, AND THERE WAS, UH, A NEED OF, UM, YOU KNOW, THAT WAS SEEN TO GET THIS STUDIED, UH, BY A CONSULTANT OR SOMEBODY WHO, UH, CAN RUN THE MODEL.

SO WE DID THAT.

WE WENT BACK AND, UH, HAD THIS, UH, STUDIED WITH AN ACTUAL ED ENTITY, UM, UM, WHICH IS 80 DT MEANS AVERAGE DELETE TRAFFIC.

SO, UM, SO IT SOLD THAT, THAT PERSON WHERE IT SHOWS PURPLE, HE'S STILL GETTING A LOT OF TRAFFIC.

UM, SO WE, UH, RECOMMEND TO GO BACK TO AN ARTERIAL CLASS ON THAT PERSON, UH, WHICH IS BETWEEN EQUINE ROAD TO KAUFMAN LOOP.

UH, REST OF IT IS, IS STILL GONNA STAY COLLECTOR ROAD.

THE NEXT IS CRYSTAL FALLS PARKWAY, SAME THING.

UH, VERY HIGH TRAFFIC.

UH, AND THE RECOMMENDATION FROM UM, UH, KIMLEY HORN WAS TO, UH, CHANGE IT TO A SIX LANE ARTERIAL INSTEAD OF A FOUR LANE.

SO THAT'S FROM RON REAGAN TO 1 75.

AND, UH, RECENT DEVELOPMENTS WITH, UH, ON 1 75 SHOWS THAT THERE IS SOME GROWTH HAPPENING OVER THERE RIGHT NOW, UH, AS WELL.

SO RECOMMENDATION WOULD BE CHANGED WOULD BE TO CHANGE IT TO SIX LINEAR TO OUR, UH, CR 2 64.

IT'S A SMALL ROAD, UM, BUT UH, THERE HAS BEEN A LOT OF, UH, DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS IN THAT ROAD.

THE LIMITATION HAS BEEN, UM, THE ROAD.

SO, UM, WE, UH, SUGGESTED TO, UH, MAKE IT A COLLECTOR ROAD AND GET THAT STUDIED SO THAT THERE IS A PROPER, UM, THOROUGHFARE DEVELOPED, UM, BETWEEN THESE TWO ARTERIAL, UH, ROADS IN HERE.

AND, UH, GIVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO THE COMMUNITY TO DEVELOP THIS AREA.

RIGHT NOW IT'S KIND OF LIKE LANDLOCKED.

SO THIS WOULD PROVIDE SOME OPPORTUNITY FOR, FOR, UM, YOU KNOW, UH, UH, CITIZENS, UH, OWNERS TO BUILD ANYTHING OVER HERE.

SO THAT'S GONNA BE, UH, FOR CONNECTIVITY, UH, FROM RON REAGAN TO FUTURE HERO WAY, STAMP IRON, UH, AS WE STUDIED, UH, CR 2 67, UH, STAMP IRON, UH, WAS ALSO INCLUDED, UH, IN THAT MODELING CUZ THAT WAS PART OF THE ANALYSIS WAS TO STUDY ALL THESE OTHER COLLECTOR ROADS.

WE ALL HAVE TO GO OUT THAT WAY.

UH, MY DAUGHTER'S SCHOOL BUS CAN'T GET TO SCHOOL IN TIME, EVER, EVER.

IT'S, SHE'S ALWAYS LATE TO SCHOOL BECAUSE THAT BUS CAN'T GET THROUGH THERE.

UM, AND ANOTHER THING THAT I REALIZED LOOKING FOR THIS SIGN WE HAD ON HERE USED TO BE A SIGN AT 1 77 AND RONALD REAGAN, AS YOU ENTER INTO 1 77 THAT SAYS NO TRUCKS ABOVE, I THINK IT WAS AROUND 20,000 POUNDS THAT SCIENCE DISAPPEARED.

THAT'S PRETTY FREQUENT LIKE EVERY MORNING.

AND YOU CAN IMAGINE ONE PERSON SITTING AT 1 77 MORNING TO TURN, TURN ACROSS THE TURN LEFT ONTO CRYSTAL FALLS.

LIKE THAT LINE IS, I MEAN, IT GOES DOWN NOT TO JOURNEY, I'M NOT GONNA EXAGGERATE, BUT IT DOES GO WAY PAST THE CROSSING AND PEOPLE JUST PARK RIGHT ACROSS.

I DO NOT SEE HOW 18 WHEELERS, CONCRETE TRUCKS, ET CETERA, ARE GONNA BE ABLE TO SAFELY GO DOWN THE ROAD AND STILL ALLOW US RESIDENTS SAFE INGRESS AND EGRESS TO OUR PROPERTIES, LET ALONE SCHOOL BUSES, TRASH TRUCKS, DELIVERY TRUCKS, EVERYTHING.

IT, IT IS, IS A VERY POOR PLAN TO EVEN THINK IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM THAT THAT IS GONNA BE SAFE FOR THOSE OF US THAT LIVE IN THAT NEIGHBORHOOD TO TRAVEL.

WE WOULD LOVE IT IF THE BRIDGE WERE CLOSED DOWN.

BUT ALL THE THINGS WE SEE IS THAT'S GONNA BE ONE USEFUL DEVELOPMENT.

SO I THINK WE NEED TO BE CLEAR ON THAT.

AND THAT'S WHAT WE SAW IN OTHER AREAS.

THE LAST THING IS, IS, IS, IS SAFETY.

SO THIS IS THE CRYSTAL FALLS EXTENSION.

SO THIS PIECE, UM, WAS ZONED SFS, WHICH IS SINGLE FAMILY SUBURBAN THAT ALLOWS THE 70 FOOT WIDE LOTS.

THEY CHOSE TO LEAVE THE NORTHERN PORTION AS SINGLE FAMILY RURAL.

SO WHEN YOU DO A CONCEPT PLAN, THE CONCEPT PLAN HAS TO INCLUDE ALL THE LAND THAT, UM, IS UNDER THE SAME OWNERSHIP.

SO THIS CONCEPT PLAN DOES INCLUDE THE ENTIRE PROPERTY, BUT THE PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CRYSTAL FALLS COULD ONLY BE DEVELOPED AS LARGE LOT RESIDENTIAL.

SO THAT MIGHT BE PART OF THE CONFUSION CUZ THE ZONING REQUEST WAS JUST THE SOUTHERN PIECE.

UM, WITH THE NOTIFICATION ERROR, WE DID PROVIDE SIGNS WITH THE WRONG DATE FOR THE, UM, PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION.

I THINK WE HAD SAID TUESDAY INSTEAD OF THURSDAY ON THE SIGN.

UM, WE DID FIX THE SIGN AND SEND OUT NEW NOTICE SO IT WAS DELAYED, UM, TO MEET THE NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS.

AND IT IS CORRECT THAT IT'S THE CONCEPT PLAN AND PER THE STATE LAW WE'RE REQUIRED TO APPROVE IT UNLESS THEY'RE ASKING FOR ANY VARIANCES FROM THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE.

WHILE THESE RADAR SIGNS WILL NOT BE USED FOR DIRECT ENFORCEMENT BY THE POLICE, THEY, THEY WILL HELP WITH GAINING VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE WITH SPEED FROM MOTORISTS.
