REPORT.I'M REPORTING ON ACTION TAKEN BY THE CITY COUNCIL DURING THE JUNE 1ST MEETING.
UM, DURING THAT MEETING, THEY CONDUCTED THE SECOND READING OF THE ORDINANCE, UM, FOR THE B TWISTED ZONING CASE.
UM, THEY CONDUCTED THE PUBLIC HEARING AND FIRST READING OF THE ORDINANCE OF SHADY BREW GARDEN SPECIAL USE PERMIT.
THEY APPROVED THAT REQUEST AND IT'LL BE ON FOR SECOND READING.
UM, NEXT WEEK, THEY ALSO DID THE PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT, SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE AND ZONING CASE.
THIS ALL RELATED TO THE, UM, UPDATES FROM THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, AND THOSE WERE ALL APPROVED.
AND FINALLY, THEY APPROVED THE LONE STAR LANDING CONCEPT PLAN.

SUBDIVISION WATER AND WASTEWATER ARE ALL, UH, AVAILABLE ALONG OSAGE, AND THE PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY UNDEVELOPED.
UH, THIS DOES FIT WITHIN OUR FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF, OF NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENTIAL AND IS ALLOWED, UM, IS ALLOWED TO BE REQUESTED, UH, REQUESTED ZONING PER OUR WATER RESOLUTION.
UH, DEVELOPMENT MEETING WAS HELD WITH STAFF ON, UM, AUGUST 29TH, 2022, AND NO SIGNIFICANT CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE.
UH, PUBLIC NOTICES HAVE BEEN MAILED OUT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY FOR EVERYBODY WITHIN 200 FEET.
AND THEN THE AGENT DID PERFORM A NEIGHBORHOOD OUTREACH.
UM, I DID PROVIDE SOME UPDATED LETTERS THAT WERE SENT IN BY THE APPLICANT TO Y'ALL.
UM, BUT THE, UH, THE, UH, ATTACHMENT NINE WILL GIVE YOU MORE DETAILS, UM, FOR THAT OUTREACH.
UH, THIS REQUEST IS CONSISTENT WITH THE INTENT OF THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP DESIGNATED, UH, AS NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENTIAL AND THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION WOULD BE COMPATIBLE WITH THE SURROUNDING LAND USES.

I UNDERSTAND IT'S ALLOWED, BUT, UH, WHY WOULD YOU WANT THEM ON JUST ONE SIDE OF THE, SO I GUESS HALF THE LOTS WILL HAVE A SIDEWALK IN FRONT AND THE OTHER HALF WILL NOT.
