DIRECTOR'S REPORT.I'M REPORTING ON THE ACTION TAKEN BY THE CITY COUNCIL DURING THE JANUARY 4TH MEETING.
UM, THE COUNCIL CONDUCTED THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE A RS PRIDE ZONING CASE AND THEY DID RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THAT CASE.
UM, THEY ALSO REVIEWED THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE AND UM, THEY MADE ONE MINOR CHANGE.
UM, THEY REMOVED THAT LAST SENTENCE THAT SAID IN A PLANNED ENVIRONMENT, UPPER STORY VERTICAL MIXED RESIDENTIAL IS ENCOURAGED TO THE EMPLOYMENT CENTER 'CAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANNA ENCOURAGE, UM, ADDITIONAL MIXED USE.
AND THEN THE LAST ITEM WAS THE ROADWAY IMPACT FEE SERVICE AREA MAP THAT WAS APPROVED AND, UM, WE'RE MOVING FORWARD.

LOOKS LIKE THERE'S SIX TO BE, UH, TWO, I'M SORRY, THAT ARE BEING PRESERVED AND TWO SIGNIFICANT 18 INCH OR GREATER THAT ARE BEING REMOVED.
UH, AND I NOTICED THERE ARE NO FEES.
ARE THERE, IS THERE NO PARTICULAR LIKE, LIKE, UH, TREE MITIGATION FEES THAT ARE BEING CHARGED FOR THIS? SO THAT, THAT'S GONNA COME INTO PLAY AT THE CONSTRUCTION PLAN STAGE.
SINCE IT'S NOT A HERITAGE TREE, IT DOESN'T REQUIRE THE SPECIAL APPROVAL.
BUT THEY'LL DO THEIR MITIGATION PLAN AT THAT TIME.
