THEY RECEIVED THEIR PERMITS TO START CONSTRUCTION IN 2024. AND THIS LAST MONTH, WE ISSUED THEIR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR THE SITE WORK, AS WELL AS A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. IT TOOK ABOUT TWO YEARS TO APPLY FOR THE FUNDING. AND WE THINK LATER THIS YEAR WE'LL GET THE FULL APPROVALS TO USE THE FEDERAL FUNDING THAT WE NEED TO BUILD THE JOB. ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW THAT CAME AFTER THE SCHEMATIC DESIGN WAS COMPLETE AND THAT WAS A FULL BLOWN NEPA FEDERAL LEVEL CLEARANCE FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL NEEDED TO BUILD THE ROAD. FINAL DESIGN THAT'S WRAPPING UP SHOULD BE FINISHED UP LATE THIS SUMMER, 2024 TO 2025. IT INCLUDED LOTS OF TXDOT COORDINATION AND APPROVALS. AND THEN FINALLY, THE LAST COMPONENT IS UTILITY UTILITY RELOCATIONS. AND THAT STARTED RIGHT NOW. AND IT'S GOING TO GO WITH SOME OF THE CONCURRENT PHASES OF CONSTRUCTION.
